Tube Investment enters into an agreement with Tsubamex Company

Tube Investments of India on July 12, 2013 has entered into an agreement with M/s. Tsubamex Company Limited (Tsubamex), Japan to form a Joint Venture Company (JVC) in India to engage in the business of design and engineering of sheet metal dies & fixtures and providing related services.

Tube Investments of India Ltd has informed BSE:"The Company (TII) on July 12, 2013 has entered into an agreement with M/s. Tsubamex Company Limited (Tsubamex), Japan to form a Joint Venture Company (JVC) in India to engage in the business of design and engineering of sheet metal dies & fixtures and providing related services.The JVC will have an initial share capital of a maximum of Rs. 70 Million with equal (50:50) equity participation by TII and Tsubamex. The JVC will primarily cater to the requirements of automotive industry and white goods sector.Please note that the formation of the JVC and infusion of equity capital by TII are subject to the approval of the shareholders of TII."Source :
