has signed a joint venture agreement (JVA) with Nippon A&L Inc,
Japan (NAL), at Mumbai on May 11, 2013 to cater to the growing demand of
ABS, ASA, AES and other Specialty polymers in the field of Automobile,
Telecommunication, Electrical and Electronic goods. NAL is jointly owned
by the globally renowned Sumitomo Chemicals Company and Mitsui
Chemicals, Inc.

vertically integrated petrochemical company that is into manufacturing
of ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) -- a raw material used
