The soon to be launched Sony Xperia P handset is going to be priced around Rs 26,000 in India, according to our source. The Xperia P was first announced on February 26 at Mobile World Congress 2012 alongside the Xperia U.
The Sony Xperia P features a 4-inch scratch-resistant TFT touchscreen with a resolution of 960x540 pixels. It runs Google's Android 2.3 OS (upgrade to Android 4, Ice Cream Sandwich). The phone comes powered by a 1 GHz U8500 dual-core processor.
It sports an 8 megapixel camera with auto focus, 8x digital zoom, LED flash. The Xperia P has an internal phone storage of 16GB, and 1 GB RAM.
