The lineup is inclusive of products which offer printing, faxing and color scanning capabilities along with monochrome copying. The printing speed ranges between 45 and 50 pages per minute. Complete with an 8.5-inch tilting and adjustable LCD multi-touch control panel, these innovative MFPs provide document capture and distribution capabilities such as scan to emails, folders and Web links. The Aficio SP 5200 series of A4 MFPs and printers are Energy Star Certified.

Tetsuya Takano, MD & CEO, Ricoh India Limited, said, "The leadership that we have achieved in A3 products would also be seen in A4 products where we have enhanced and included features that are typically seen only in high-end products. We want to help our customers to execute more advanced document management initiatives without the incremental investments."

Rajiv Bhatia, COO, Ricoh India Limited, said "We offer a unique Pay per Page plan that's been created to address the demands of today's printing requirements. This plan offers complete peace of mind, hassle free printing and total financial visibility to allow predictable budgeting and cost control based on Per Click."
The IPDS and SAP printing technology enables printing documents directly through business servers and application. Additionally, the hard drive data overwrite, user authentication, Wi-Fi Protect Access support, optional ID card reader and other security features negate the possibilities of unauthorized access.
